Information We Collect

Access & Bloom collects information you choose to share, including your name, email address, phone number, and details about your child's educational needs when you book a call, contact us, or become a client. Clients may also share educational records such as IEPs, Section 504 plans, evaluation reports, progress reports, and school correspondence.

Like most websites, this site may automatically collect basic technical information, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, to help us understand how the site is used.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to respond to your inquiries, schedule appointments, provide advocacy services, process payments, and communicate with you about your child's case. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use your child's information for marketing.

How We Protect Your Information

Your family's information is treated as confidential. Educational records and case information are stored using secure, password-protected business accounts, and access is limited to Access & Bloom. While no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We keep client records for 1 year after the contract ends, unless a longer period is required by law, and then securely delete them. You may request earlier deletion at any time, subject to any legal obligations.

Sharing of Information

We share your information only:

  • With your permission, such as when you ask us to communicate with your child's school or district
  • With trusted service providers that help us operate the business, such as Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments, and Google Workspace for email and secure file storage. These providers may only use your information to provide their services.
  • When required by law

Children's Information

This website is intended for parents, guardians, and adult students. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Information about a child is collected only from a parent or guardian, or from an adult student, for the purpose of providing advocacy services.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may also unsubscribe from any non-essential emails using the link in the email.
